Which Countries Do You Ship To?
Ventux products are shipped to the 48 contiguous states of the United States, all EU countries, as well as Australia and New Zealand.
Please note that we do NOT ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Ventux currently offers free shipping on all orders of $49 or more within the European Union and the 48 contiguous United States. Orders below $49 to these destinations are subject to a flat shipping fee of $15.
How Quickly Can I Receive My Package(s)?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, though occasional delays related to COVID-19 may occur. If the shipping provider indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the provider as well as Ventux as soon as possible, and we will assist you in every way we can.
Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?
Yes, your shipping address can be changed before your order is shipped. Please contact our customer service team at info@ventux.co, and we will update the address for you.
However, once your order has been shipped, a $20 fee will apply for address changes. Please also note that the address cannot be changed after the item has been delivered.
How Can I Track My Order?
An email with your tracking information will be sent to you when your package is shipped. If you placed your order while logged into your account, you can also visit the "My Account" section to view order details and tracking information.
