Thank you for choosing Ventux, and we wish you many years of ease and happiness. Ventux products are manufactured and inspected to meet high-quality standards, and we provide a 12-month limited warranty and lifetime technical support so you can purchase with peace of mind.

30-Day Return and Refund Policy

Ventux shall not be held liable for consequential, incidental, special damages, or punitive losses, whether direct or indirect, related to the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Ventux is not responsible for property damage, personal injury, or death caused by improper use of the product.

Returns

Any new, unused product purchased from Ventux can be returned within 30 days from the original delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The products are unused and returned undamaged.
  • A return request is sent to info@ventux.co within 14 days of receipt.
  • The products are in their original packaging and returned with a return label (provided by Ventux upon confirmation of the return request).

Products returned without the provided return label will be refused at the customer's expense. For returns due to non-defective reasons, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and any resulting shipping fees, import duties, or tariffs will be the customer's responsibility.

For approved return requests, Ventux will process a refund once the returned products are received. Please note that depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Refunds

Before submitting a refund request, please review the following conditions:

  • If a lower price is available due to promotional activities on the Ventux website or other platforms, Ventux will not refund the price difference.
  • Ventux does not accept refund requests for price differences if the customer failed to use a provided coupon code (e.g., forgot to use it or entered an incorrect code) during checkout.
  • All discounts and promotions are only valid during the promotional period.

How Do I Return My Order?

Ventux aims to ensure every customer enjoys the convenience and cleanliness of our products. However, if you need to return an order, we’re here to help. Please contact our customer service at info@ventux.co and provide the following information before returning your product(s):

  • The reason for the return.
  • The valid order number.
  • The delivery date.
  • A clear photo and/or video showing the product's condition if you are returning it for quality reasons.

The replacement or refund process will begin once we receive your returned product.


What Should I Do If My Product Arrives Damaged?

In rare cases, your order may arrive damaged due to shipping issues. If this occurs, contact our customer service at info@ventux.co with a clear photo and/or video showing the product's condition. We will assist you immediately. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged product. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.


Order Cancellations

All orders can be canceled if the item(s) have not yet been shipped. An 8% processing fee will apply to all canceled orders. You can submit a cancellation request via "My Account" under "Cancel Order" or by emailing info@ventux.co.

For orders that have already been shipped, a 25% restocking fee will apply, along with any resulting shipping fees and tariffs.
