How do I check the status of the order?
Our team delivers products within 3-5 business days within Europe. If it has been more than the specified time, you can track the order through the tracking number provided upon purchase.
Why have I not received an order confirmation email?
The order confirmation email can take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox. If you have not received an email, please check your junk or spam folder for the email. If it is still not there, contact us via [instert email address].
My credit card has been used without permission. What do I do?
Firstly, sorry to hear that. We advise that you contact your card issuer as soon as possible to cancel the credit card. Also, send us an email including as many details as possible such as item bought, date of purchase, order number (if possible). Our fraud team will handle it.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payments via Paypal, iDEAL, major credit cards, and also Klarna, if eligible.
How do I know if I am eligible for Klarna?
Based on the information you provide, factors such as credit score play a role in determining your eligibility. You are also only eligible if 18 years or older. If you do qualify for the financing option, we will let you know.
Why has my credit card been declined?
If your credit card has been declined several times, please consult your issuer. It is not within our control to help you with this issue as only your credit card issuer can handle it. You can also try other payment methods at your disposal (Paypal, iDEAL). Sorry for any inconvenience.
What happens if the price of the item changes after I order it?
Sometimes prices fluctuate. However, we will not charge you extra if the price hikes, as long as payment has already been made.
How do I pay with Klarna?
During checkout, select Klarna as the payment option. You will be directed to your Klarna portal to sign in. Choose whichever Klarna option is available for use, and then confirm payment. That’s it.
Do you accept personal checks?
Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks as a payment option.
Delivery
Can I amend my order?
We are only able to amend an order if you contact us immediately or within an hour. This is because we process orders at a fast speed and hence cannot always cancel or amend an order. We do our best to amend an order when we can.
How long does it take to deliver an item?
We take 3-5 business days to ship an item within Europe. Please check out our shipping and delivery policy for more information.
Is it possible to change the delivery address?
We process orders at a breakneck speed. It, therefore, may not be possible to change the delivery address after placing an order.
What happens if I am not present for the delivery?
If you are not present for the delivery, you can leave a note instructing us to leave your item. If not, our team will retry delivery at a later date. Please note we are not responsible for the security of the items left behind as instructed.
What do I do if the item is damaged in transit?
We are sorry for this. Please take a photo of the item as it has arrived and email it to [insert email address], including your order number. We will assess and get back to you as soon as we can.
Parts of my order are missing. What do I do?
If you have checked the package correctly and realized that some parts are missing, email us as soon as possible. Please include evidence such as photos as well as your order number. We will get back to you shortly.
This is not what I ordered. What do I do?
We are sorry for any inconvenience. Please take a photo of what you have received and email it to us along with your order number. Although this rarely happens, our team will take it seriously and resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Returns & Cancellation
I returned an item and still waiting for a refund.
Please wait at least ten working days from the estimated delivery date for our team to decide. If you do not hear from us after ten business days, please contact us immediately. Our team will get back to you.
How do I return a faulty item?
We are sorry if you received a faulty item. Please take a photo and email it to us alongside your order number. If accepted, we wi provide further instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you must return the item in its original packaging.
What happens if I change my mind about a purchase?
You have 30 days from the time of delivery to request a refund. However, the item must be unused, not damaged, and in its original condition. Please also retain the original packaging. Contact our team within this timeframe to request a refund.
How do I cancel an order?
Please contact us via email with your order number as the subject line and the word ‘cancel.’ Whereas we will try our best to cancel the order, we cannot guarantee that we will cancel the order due to the speed at which we process the orders. In that case, we will let you know..
I received an email about an order cancellation I did not request. Why?
Our website uses anti-fraud technology to detect any high-risk purchases that are likely to be a fraud. When our system detects any unusual activity, it cancels the order immediately. If you feel that the cancellation was a mistake, contact us directly.
Can I get a tax refund?
No. However, we can give you a VAT invoice which you can use to claim the VAT back.
