Thank you for choosing Ventux, and we wish you many years of ease and happiness. Ventux products are manufactured and inspected to meet high-quality standards, and we offer a 12-month limited warranty and lifetime technical support to ensure you can purchase with confidence.

Please note that the warranty applies only to FIRST PURCHASES made by the ORIGINAL OWNER through the online store or official Amazon store. The warranty period begins upon receipt of the product. Retain your original invoice to validate your purchase and access warranty services.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear of dishwasher accessories, including but not limited to the supply hose, drain pipe, fruit basket, pitcher, hose collar, cutlery basket, and other consumables.
  • Protective coatings that wear off over time unless there is a defect due to material or manufacturing faults.
  • Cosmetic damage to used products, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or broken plastic.
  • Damage or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, alterations, improper assembly, or failure to follow instructions in the user manuals.
  • Damage caused by accidents or use with third-party components or products that do not meet Ventux product specifications (refer to the technical specifications section on the purchase page of each Ventux product).
  • Damage or defects caused by improper storage, fire, earthquakes, or other external causes.
  • Invoice discrepancies.
  • If Ventux receives information from relevant government agencies that the product has been reported stolen and you cannot prove you are the authorized user of the product (e.g., providing a receipt, invoice, or payment information for the product).
  • Maintenance or modifications performed by anyone other than Ventux.
  • Any damage or defect resulting from improper commercial or non-household use.
  • Any damage or defect caused by using incorrect voltage (the correct voltage is 110-120 V/60 Hz for the U.S. version and 220-240 V/50 Hz for the European version).

Limitation of Liability

Ventux shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages, or any punitive losses, whether directly or indirectly related to the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Ventux is not responsible for property damage, personal injury, or death caused by misuse of the product.
